The theme of the 17th Congress is:  Fire emissions, fate and health effects of fire-related air pollutants .

The conference will begin with a registration and welcome reception on the evening of Sunday, May 8th. The scientific program will be organized into two plenary sessions (60 minutes) one preceding the morning and one preceding the afternoon sessions.

Each of the sessions will include a keynote presentation (30 minutes). Five plenary presentations will be given by invited world-renown scholars.
